PMR Finishes

Dryvit Proven Mildew Resistant (PMR) finishes are designed to inhibit the growth of mildew in difficult mould and mildew-prone environments. It is the finishing touch that adds lasting colour and texture to exterior walls. These 100% acrylic finishes incorporate state of the art chemistry developed to keep buildings mildew free longer. PMR finishes are offered in seven textures, which are governed by aggregate size as well as trowel motion: Quarzputz, Lymestone, Sandblast, Sandpebble Fine, Sandpebble, Sandpebble 2 and Freestyle. Quartzputz produces the coarsest textured finish of the range, which is ideal for masking surface imperfections. Lymestone replicates the appearance of limestone blocks. Sandblast produces a sand-like texture, Sandpebble a medium pebbly texture, Sandpebble Fine a fine pebble finish and Freestyle allows an ornamental trowel texture to be achieved. Dryvit PMR finishes will remain cleaner longer with reduced dirt pickup and improved mildew resistance.

Usage/purpose

PMR finishes can be applied over properly prepared substrates such as Dryvit External Wall Insulation (EWI) and Anti Crack Render (ACR) systems, exterior masonry, render, precast and cast-in-situ concrete and other approved substrates.
